Jonathan Eggett Banned from Driving (40 months) for Failing to Give Breath Test

Jonathan Richard Eggett, 29, of 39 Norris Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and driving without insurance. He was fined £640, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £400. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 40 months.
